We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Trainer who enjoys teaching, developing people, and making a difference through learning. This role is focused on developing the essential skills our people need to succeed in the beauty and wellness industry.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct engaging classroom and practical learning sessions for trainees and employees.

• Deliver training on soft skills, communication, customer service, operations, supply chain, values, culture and other internal subjects.

• Help trainees develop the professional behaviours and workplace skills needed to succeed in the beauty and wellness industry.

• Facilitate activities, discussions, role-plays and practical exercises to make learning simple and engaging.

• Observe trainee progress and provide constructive feedback, coaching and encouragement.

• Assist in preparing and improving training materials, slides, activities, assessments and learning resources.

• Support training administration, trainee records and other Academy activities as and when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Diploma or Degree, preferably in Education, Teaching, Training, Human Resource Development, Business or a related field. Candidates with an Education or teaching background are highly preferred.

• Professional qualification: VTO (Vocational Training Officer) would be preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching, training or facilitation. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently working as a Trainer, Teacher, Educator or similar role.

• Passion for Teaching: Genuinely enjoys teaching and helping others learn, improve and grow.

• Communication: Able to communicate effectively in English, Chinese and Malay, both spoken and written.

• Training & Presentation: Comfortable facilitating groups and able to explain information in a simple, practical and engaging way.

• Adaptability: Open to feedback, mouldable, willing to learn and able to adjust when priorities, schedules or situations change.

• Resilience: Positive, dependable and able to remain effective through challenges and changing circumstances.

• Attitude: Humble, responsible, proactive and willing to support trainees, the Academy and the wider business.

• Digital Skills: Comfortable using Google and AI tools.

• Availability: Candidates who are able to start immediately will have an added advantage.
