Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, website visuals, and brand campaigns. 负责制作及剪辑社交媒体、官方网站及品牌宣传所需的视频内容。

• Trim footage segments and assemble them into polished final videos using professional editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut). 使用专业视频剪辑软件（如 Adobe Premiere Pro、After Effects、CapCut）进行影片剪辑、拼接及后期制作。

• Add music, dialogues, graphics, animations, subtitles, and effects to enhance video quality and storytelling. 添加音乐、对白、图像、动画、字幕及特效，提升视频的视觉效果及故事性。

• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and product teams to understand project goals and develop storyboards or concepts. 与创意、市场营销及产品团队合作，了解项目需求，并协助构思视频概念、脚本及分镜。

• Stay updated with trends in video editing, motion graphics, and content strategy. 关注最新的视频剪辑、动态设计及社交媒体内容趋势。

• Manage and organize video assets, file backups, and version control. 负责整理及管理视频素材、文件备份及不同版本的影片。

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity. 确保所有视频内容符合公司的品牌指南及视觉形象。

• Support video content shoots when needed. 根据需要协助参与视频拍摄工作。

• Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 能够在快节奏的工作环境中有效管理时间，并按时完成多个项目。

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Design, or related field. 拥有多媒体、影视制作、设计或相关专业的文凭或学士学位。

• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging visual narratives. 具备良好的故事叙述能力，能够通过视觉内容呈现具有吸引力的故事。

• Strong proficiency in video editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut). 熟练使用视频剪辑软件，如 Adobe Premiere Pro、After Effects、CapCut 等。

• Familiarity with social media trends and platform-specific video formats (e.g., Reels, TikTok). 熟悉社交媒体趋势及不同平台的视频格式，如 Instagram Reels、TikTok 等。

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills. 具备良好的细心度、时间管理及组织能力。

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 能够在高压及快节奏的工作环境下工作，并同时处理多个项目。

• Positive attitude and excellent team collaboration skills. 积极主动，具备良好的团队合作及沟通能力。
