Admin Intern - Academy support
You will gain practical exposure to training administration, compliance processes, and stakeholder coordination in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and submission of documents for government-related applications and claims.
Support the administration and coordination of the ADI Programme.
Ensure all participant records and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
Assist in maintaining and updating programme databases, trackers, and administrative records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding programme
documentation and submissions.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as required.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Academy team.
Assist with scheduling, filing, data entry, and document management.
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects assigned by the Academy Manager.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business
Administration, Human Resource Management, Education, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive documents.
